1. Order Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:30 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time are processed and dispatched the same business day.

  • Handling Time: 0 Business Days. All orders are handed to the carrier on the same day they are placed, provided they meet the cut-off time. Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Operating Days: Monday through Friday.

2. Transit Times and Carriers

We partner with DHL and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Domestic (United States): Standard transit time is 3 to 4 business days.

  • International: Transit times vary depending on the destination and the specific shipping method selected at checkout. Customers can choose expedited options for faster delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout by our carriers. Rates are determined based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. We do not currently offer free shipping on orders below $100 or flat-rate shipping; you pay exactly what the carrier charges to deliver your item.

4. International Duties and Taxes

For all international orders, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout. This is a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, ensuring that you will not face unexpected fees or customs delays upon delivery.
